I liked Chark a lot coming out, but this is an easy one, Mooney for sure. I've actually been trying to trade FOR him in my dynasty leagues, but I'm probably too late. I see him in fantasy as a solid WR2 with upside. Could have some WR1 weeks. Love him as my WR2.
