With all the talk of trading multiple picks and burning draft capital why not just sign Fitzpatrick? He's no better or worse than Winston or Wentz.

Save your picks and draft a development QB, Mac Jones or Trask if available?

The only player worth picks is Watson and that's a pipe dream.

I would be 100% on board with this. Fitzpatrick loves the game and will give it his all for the team. That’s the type I’d want a rookie QB to learn from.

Fitzmagic gets da Bears 9 wins minimum. He'll also push the ball downfield and keep defenses honest.

All the rumors you see now of the <desperate> Bears being linked to every qb is just click baits

Well, we would have had 9 wins if the defense didnt lay down vs the Lions...So whats the advantage to Fitz again?

Point is your much closer to having gone 0-2 against the Lions last year than you were going 2-0, so, no, you lose again. Game/set/match
Says who?

1...I said the Bears d let down and lost the game

2...I also said, the Lions rookie dropped the pass

Well, technically the Bears D let you down both times. You just got lucky once. Might want to take a reality check. My comprehension is just fine.

This topic defeats the whole purpose of 2021... I'd explain why but not on my phone.

Why Pace/Nagy won't pick a career backup like Fitz....he does not fit what they want in a QB. They won't care about draft capital because jobs are on the line, if they get the QB they want and win no one will care about what it took to bring a Wentz or some other high profile quarterback to the Bears. If Pace/Nagy fail they are fired and it will be someone else's problem.
