Seriously,
1. He showed ownership that a conservative old man can not be the answer to our coaching problems - So we got a young Offensive minded coach.
2. He won so few games that we drafted high in every draft- We have the #8 again this year
3. His play calling was so conservative that our rookie QB got a chance to finish the season healthy.
4. He was a bumbling idiot at the podium and likely in the locker room too, so we ended up with a guy that speaks his mind coherently and with conviction.
5. Bottom line he was such a failure and embarrassment, that the ownership may have learned a lesson about meddling, and actually listened to Pace about changes. He HELPED the Ownership turn the page, by being so bad.
