That was the most routine NFL throw I've ever seen lol. Snap ball, two step drop back, hit a wide open guy 6 yards down field. That was a pretty good throw. Maybe someone should have wacked him in the hip weeks ago.
He absolutely isMitch is not a Blaine Gabbert total bust.
He absolutely is
Cant really agree, Windy. The only way you can possibly have success with Mitch is to go the John Fox route: run, run, and run some more. Take the game out of his hands. But who wants to keep a QB like that??Mitch is not a Blaine Gabbert total bust.
He is a QB that needs to be supported by a lot on offense, which sucks for a 2nd overall pick. That is a huge disappointment for what the Bears invested and what was available. But it is our reality.
We have 2 options, get a new QB or build the offense up around the current one.

I'm not sticking up for shitty QB play.Idc either way. Dude is bad. Naggy play calling is bad. But none of that is as bad as a @dabears70 thread
Gabbert had a 4000 30+ TD sophomore season. Mitch has never shown he’s capable of that kind of production.No. Gabbert never had a 2018 season and at his worst Mitch is still out producing Gabbert at his best.

I could live with the latter, but Matt Nagy seems to think otherwise soooo.......
That is Bortles.
Gabbert had 2100 yards and 12 TDs in his best season.

Holy shit. I’m about to leave work. I think I’m getting the flu and my brain isn’t working. I’m at Mitch level processing right nowThat is Bortles.
