Let me start by saying I really do not want Nagy to keep his job next year.

That said, his best chance to keep it is to get Fields out there a.s.a.p.

Dalton will not take this team to the playoffs.
The last chance for redemption would be to get Fields out there and have him show flashes of a true franchise quarterback.
Show something to build on and possibly end the year with the arrow pointing up.

Sending Dalton out week after week will make for a boring year and a visit to the unemployment office for Nagy.
