Other than Getsy seems to be well respected by people around him and Eberflus has had a successful past on leading a defensive unit and teaching players. He seems like less fluff on more success oriented.

Their doesn't seem to be much bullshit surrounding either coach.

When Eberflus and Getsy talk, they sound like they have an exact plan and know how to implement it. The prior guys tended to search for the whys where Eberflus already has them.

I trust them because word on the street is: The first things they did was to install a cereal variety breakfast bar at HH, with choice of 1%, 2%, and whole milk. Plus, it has been said they put the cereal in the bowl first, then pour the milk of choice...true story.
