Hello everyone. New here. I'm going to Denver this weekend. Was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on a good place to watch the Bears game? I'd prefer somewhere downtown, as that's where I'm staying. Thanks in advance!

Screw the Bears game. See if you can score tickets to the Jags/Broncos game or failing that watch it on TV. It’s my must see game of the week. Denver is 0-3 and desperately needs a win to save their season and Gardner Minshew is can’t miss action right now. He’s truly incredible. This game is just oozing with storylines.

I have watched bears games with a lot of fans at a few places downtown since I’ve lived here. One is Wyman’s no. 5 at 13th & Vine. The other is Govnr’s Park Tavern at 7th & Logan

Didn’t governers park used to have a guy that was a pilot that flew to Chicago and picked up pizza and Italian beef for the games?

I have only been to Hayters for a few games when I lived closer. Now I sit at home and curse and scream. My neighbor hates my Bears flag, but there is nothing he can do about it since the broncos lost.

Governors or Hayters. You can come to my place. We'll be doing pork green chile bowls but there is a $500 cover.

1 large bowl
Fill bottom with crispy, homemade hashbrowns. Must have 1 sweet potato diced and mixed with traditional russets. Onions and garlic as well.
Top generously with pork green chili.
Top with two over easy eggs
Top with cheddar cheese, fresh diced tomatoes and hot sauce of your choice. I prefer Cholula .

Beverages extra.

Seems like a moot point now that there is a Giordano's on 16th street.

parking sucks though so go early!
he is downtown, just take a lite rail/bus or both with transfer for under $2.50 or buy a day use pass for like $4.50 for roundtrip and most places you might explore that day. RTD, the front range public transit system puts most of the nation to shame. Clean, easy, ubiquitous.
