I think my favorite part is how excited his family was. They would obviously be thrilled wherever he was drafted. But you could tell they all wanted him drafted by the Bears.

I was originally mad about this, and still would have rather had an o-lineman....but we do need a legit long term te, and he is good. Just thought we'd get him later if that were the case. Full disclosure, I would probably find a way to hate on almost any pick at 43 after Higgins was gone.
