Heart Stents

Does anyone have any heart stents, and if so what's the verdict on them? ...I may have to have one inserted this afternoon, and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with them, or knows anything about them.

I don’t know details, but it sounds like something that could save your life. I have relatives, who have them and lived a normal life post op.

Know a few people who have them. Recovery is relatively easy and they have had no problems since.

What is the alternative? Not getting the stent and having a shortened life span and less quality of life?
