i turn the water on wait outside of the shower and stick my arm in to see when its warm...then i get naked and go in for that cleanliness

I just go in naked and adjust accordingly. Cold water doesn't bother me (I went without for over a year) and hot water doesn't bother me to much.

i stand under the shower head and turn the water on. seriously. it's a nice shock to the system. but i don't flex while i do it.
