Sorry if this has been posted. No one really talks about Cunningham and his impact on shaping this team.

Pretty cool to hear how cohesive these guys are across all levels. Complete 180 from fuck face pace.

I agree! I like the transparency as well, hope it translates into some continuity for years to come.

His quick hiring was what made me feel comfortable about everything they're doing this year. Before the hires, I made a stink about the GM needing a front office football guy to bounce things off of. This was the best possible scenario and also was an example of George not obstructing or directing Poles decision making.
