I think everyone is in on what the Bears *want* to do with their first pick.

Nobody (including the bears) know what exactly will transpire...that depends on what *other* teams want to do.

So I don't think it matters what Ian knows. All Bears have to do is sit back and look pretty, other teams will drive the price up.

He's interviewed for 2 not ideal situations IMO. Arizona, he's saddled with Kylers horrid contract. TN, he's forced to use the existing HC, although he's a damn good HC imo. Also cutting Tannehill could save that team $18m. It'll be interesting to see what they do with him. I would steer clear of AZ.

Did he leave Philly for a promotion with the Bears? I feel like if he went from being assistant GM to the GM at a franchise there's no way you can justify forcing him to stay until after the draft.
