Rams beating Seahawks is bad news for us as it guarantees that we have to win out to get in (unless you see them losing to the Cowboys AND the Cardinals lol).

So we are now dependent on VIkings losing to one of the Chargers or the Packers AND us running the table.

if Bear, viks and rams wind up with same record in all likelyhood the Bears would have the tiebreaker.

They still have to play 49ers

We know both the Niners and Hawks will go to the playoffs, leaving 1 WC. That WC in order of most likely is between Vikes, Rams and Bears. Bears have most difficult remaining schedule of the 3.

They're 8-5. 49ers game almost doesn't matter now. Assuming the lose to 49ers and win even won of Cowboys/Cards, they are 9-7 and we would have to win out to get ahead of them.

This is the game we needed them to lose and they are killing the Seahawks.

We needed one of Vikes and Rams to lose today I think.

Now we have to win our remaining games and hope Vikings drop one to get ahead of them.

But we also have to hope that Rams lose to the 49ers and one of Cowboys or Cardinals.

Just don't see it happening.

We are in the worst case scenario with this recent beating up on bad teams. We aren’t making the playoffs and Mitch is looking competent against bottom feeders so we won’t rip the band aid off. That being said the last 3 games should bring us back to earth.

Before this Rams game, possibility of Bears gaining WC spot is at 3%. Will be even less when Rams secure victory.

What if there’s 3 teams tied hmmmm.

Won't happen but we lose that too as Rams are 1-0 in games involving three teams and we'd be 2-1...

Three or More Clubs
(Note: If two clubs remain tied after third or other clubs are eliminated during any step, tie breaker reverts to step 1 of the two-club format).

Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games among the clubs).
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
Strength of victory.
Strength of schedule.

Both, the Rams and Vikings need to lose two games and the Bears win out... after winning today, there’s no way the Rams lose two games now. The Bears are done
