With Minnesota losing yesterday to Nashville, the Hawks have officially clinched the No. 1 seed in the West and a Central Division championship. While not technically eliminated from the No. 1 overall seed, a 3-point deficit with one fewer game to play than Washington makes that race largely unwinnable. What this all means is that the Hawks don't have much to play for over the final week of the regular season, beginning with today's Sunday matinee against Boston. The Bruins, meanwhile, are clinging to the eighth and final playoff spot in the east with Tampa closing hard in its rearview mirror. A lot of signs point to this being a clunker of a game, but the Hawks are always good for a surprise beatdown of a team playing for it all.

I hate to see them play like that and lose but that game meant nothing for them. The Bruins really bothered them by challenging the perimeter passing and just wanted the game more. Still like the young kids blending in and contributing

Looked like he took a good bump and lost his footing. Wasn't on the replay real clear but that's what I remember seeing when watching the broadcast.
