This is his worst year 1.33 WHIP. 1.23 and a 1.11 the two years before.

Close to 11k/9.

His BB/9 Needs some work. 3.81.

But what I really look at outside of that is hits. This year is his worst year. 7.07. A pitcher is going to be good if it is under 1 hit per inning given up. He has been in the 6 range for the most part so that is what I really look at when judging a pitcher.

Actually that is the reason why Hendricks and Alzolay have been good. Alozay 1.11 WHIP. Hendricks 1.26. Adbert has been burnt by the HR but outside of a fingerblister game he has held his own for the most part.

Davies has a 1.45 WHIP. It is pretty amazing how he has not been a trainwreck to this point. 9 HR given up with 48 walks. Good thing he keeps it in the park. With his walk rate things could get ugly on a bad day.

I see Bote and Duffy in rehab starts as the needed depth to replace players traded.

Bryant has been a slash player. It opens up playing time to Marisnick.

Duffy returning pushes Wisdom to 1B.

Bote pushes Hoerner to SS and 2B becomes a platoon of Bote and Sogard.
