Northwestern might not have to play Ohio State in the Big Ten Championship... If Ohio State has 1 more game canceled, they won't be eligible. You have to play atleast 6 of the 8 games and this is their 2nd game canceled.

If Northwestern went 9-0 with a win in the Big Ten championship over Indiana and Ohio State was merely 5-0 having 3 games canceled... I think the committee would take Northwestern.

Alabama, Norte Dame, Clemson (Tigers beat Irish in 2nd matchup in ACC Championship with Trevor and they both will get in). So it leaves one spot. Could even be Cincinnati.

I think we are all in agreement that the Illini need to move on from Lovie Smith. But I believe we can also agree that not hiring Dino Babers did not turn out to be the mistake many thought at the time he went to Syracuse.

Sean Lewis was with Babers at EIU and Bowling Green and initially at Syracuse. It’s highly likely Lewis was the guy on O and the coach behind the success of the operation, similar to Mike Thomas hiring Beckman the HC, as opposed to the real talent, OC Matt Campbell.

I don’t think at all the women should be fired and unfortunately I don’t think Rob is even on the hot seat but I can’t figure out why not

they’re not competitive in the Big Ten. They were a few and get blown out in most others have said it before we’ve got a defensive coach and the defense is absolutely atrocious and the offenses pedestrian which is always been the case with lobby. They need to make a change but I don’t think they’re going to.

How much longer can you listen to a coaching staff saying “we think we’re over the hump”, or “about over the hump” or “close to turning a corner“?
