K but what if said pizza was to be left on the roof of my car while I went into a dive bar?
Depends on if you have to rescue anyone after you leave.

Chili is it's own thing. It's not a soup. Not a sauce. Not a stew.

It's chili.

If you eat Cinnabons with it, you don't get a vote Iowa ?

Seriously though, I still need to try it...because I think I'd love it.

I don't understand how this isn't a thing everywhere. Ever since I started going to school, when you had chili for lunch, it included a cinnamon roll. It's a fact and a way of life.

Wrestling, eating cinnamon rolls with chili, and being bored as fuck driving across the state on I-80 are about all the things I know about Iowa.

add in corn and insurance and the bases are covered
What about soybeans?

I have many IL memories of walking beans, bailing hay, and detasseling corn. Are those still things? Or have machines taken over this midwestern teen rite of passage?

@nvanprooyen How did you forget the corn? It’s literally the only thing there.
I mean, I thought by talking about driving across the state on I-80 that would be clear...but I guess I should have been more explicit for those who haven't done that.

Listen here you pizza-faced poindexter.

Srs question why don't we put chili on pizza?
I made a pizza with my pork green chilie. I got the crust nice n crispy before coating it then dumped thick shredded cheddar cheese. Once it was out of the owen and rested it sliced perfectly and I served it with sour cream on the side, instead of ranch.

It was delectable.

People who can pull a pizza outta the oven and let it rest are psychopaths, IMO. I prefer to just burn my mouth

I want to partially redact my prior post. I would not doubt @brett05 has eaten a bowl of Cincinnati chili by itself before.
What's Cincinnatti chili?

I would think chili would be too watery to me on a pizza. It could top a pizza slice I would guess, but would that be some sort of fusion dish perhaps?
