You can certainly make the argument that Foles has not played better to this point. But it's reasonable to believe the offense can improve under him while that is no longer the case with Trubisky. Trubisky has had 3 plus years to prove he is a franchise QB and he clearly has not done that.

He's better, because he can read a defense and throw the ball downfield a hell of a lot more accurately than Mitch.
