Doesn't make a lot of sense. The teams with qbs on the block don't really have rb holes. If not in a package for a qb I'd think he'd be going for draft capital, but I can't imagine him bringing back higher than we drafted him at.

Montgomery is inexpensive for two more season and its a position with high attrition. Having a tandem or even trio of good runningbacks has worked very well for a lot of teams. Tampa Bay just won the Super Bowl with Fournette and Ronald Jones III.
