With coaching changes coming, I'm curious if the current defense would be able to switch to 4-3 easily. I believe both Mack and Quinn have previously been defensive ends. Considering you generally want them doing more pass rush than coverage, it might make a bit more sense to make the switch now especially as the Bears are likely to be moving on from Hicks this offseason.

this post has literally nothing to do with the premise of this thread.
The premise is asking if Quinn is better than Mack. I just stated that people are getting fairly excited over Quinn's 2021 season when they should be looking at his larger body of work.

I also mentioned that there is a cap issue around having both of them. I thought this was a natural question to ask. With people go down the road of having one player rated over another often there's a cut/trade type conversation that follows. IMHO based on the cap hit and age of both players neither can be considered a part of the long term plans.

Would you rather I just post 'No'?
