We certainly can't complain about luck now. Every run we have scored tonight was a gift.

Descalso's ball should have been caught. Instead it is a little league HR, scoring the two guys on base, who both walked.

Didn't even realize McCutchen was on Philly.

Apparently if you are playing against the Cubs, you need to swing the bat 360 degrees for it to be a strike.

McCutcheon absolutely swung at that pitch. And for a last strike of a game? Ask Schwarber about that one!

With all the "coulda-woulda-shoulda" for both teams tonight, that swing by McCutcheon absolutely, positively "shoulda" ended it.

Brach deserved better.

Why?????

He was throwing 96-97 and looked very good. He struck out Cutch for what should have been a third out. Why should he have been pulled? Was the bloop single a sign to you that he lost it?

He had Cutch in a 0-2 hole and blew it.

Descalso - in spite of the "hit" that scored three - is the last guy I want to see in a clutch situation.

This was one we looked to be losing on unlucky bounces, that totally reversed itself, and then we had it taken away.

There is NO excusing that call in the ninth.

That was a tough ninth. Brach made his pitch and the ball found grass.

Awww...so close.

Heart break, so sad.

Time to sleep and hope the nightmares about cardinals ridiculous line-up don’t haunt tonight...like every night.
