I believe he is better than Unrein and since we didn't get a DT in the draft, a necessity to get someone else in here.
Now this is what I've been wanting/expecting to hear. Depth? This guy can start, and had the #2 run stuffing % in the NFL last year. Assuming healthy, he'd be a great addition for our DL as a 5tech pushing Unrein to a backup.

I was just talking about how we should go after him earlier this morning but the problem is his health. KC cut him cause he failed their physical. He'd be a great addition if healthy.
I like Williams, but he's more of a NT than a 5tech in a 3-4, imo. We already have that depth in Jenkins. To me, Howard is just what we need at 5tech. Our biggest hole on the DL is that RDE position in base sets. We'd have a formidable DL rotation.
Floyd - Howard - Goldman - Hicks - McPhee
Throw in Jenkins, Young, Bullard, and Unrein, and you have a real nice DL rotation, imo. It would be extra special if Robertson-Harris starts to develop.
We still have L.Houston as well who can play OLB and DE but we all know about his ACL injuries two years in a row and still not sure if we're not gonna cut him or not.

I think Bullard is going to take a step this year. Loads of talent and production at FL. I see him starting opposite Hicks soon.
THIS. He needs a full offseason with our strength coaches and refine his technique. He could be exactly what we need there
What are the chances we get 4 starters from 1 class? Hall, Bush and Kwia are all up in the air too. Would be a crazy good draft.
we still have alot of cap room, right?
Pace let him walk without a deal.
