Two times Ballard brought Webb into Indianapolis. A guy that should have been out of the league a long time ago, has stuck around 11 years and had two stints with the Colts. Why would the Colts give Webb any shot in the league? Oh because Ballard. The Chicago connection between Ballard and Webb couldn't be more clear.

So for everyone foaming at the mouth over how great Chris Ballard is, he brought Webb to the Bears with his scouting and brought him to the Colts, twice.

Rivers did well for one season. He wasn’t brought in for a long term solution. Wentz was bad but he quickly realized the mistake instead of doubling down.
