This has been THE problem since Nagy got here. Never addressed.

Can't see any way possible that Nagy can claim to tailor things to his players' strengths when he puts the OL/QB in such bad situations schematically .. It's madness.

Oh shit... I just realized something: Nagy, literally, does not tailor his offense to ANYONES strengths! Looking at his scheme, which position group is supposed to be benefiting? None of them do.

-The OL can't execute the blocking scheme as taught
-WR can't get open, or don't have time.. or are running routes in the same areas
-QB doesn't have time to throw
-Montgomery is phased out schematically
-Nagy doesn't use the TEs enough, phases them out in the Red Zone

This is crazy as hell.

I don't see any scheme....its like a random group of plays. No flow, no rhythm, no guys running wide open in space...NOTHING

They sent one of the best offensive line coaches, Harry Heistand, packing for Juan Castillo.

Kruetz is familiar with both HH and JC and after watching tape in the offseason had mentioned that w/e Nagy's blocking scheme is, that isn't what either of those OL coaches teach.

Nagy is soft. Any coach coaching under his has to be soft as well if they haven't said anything at this point. Just praying for a promotion somewhere. I've never seen a coach live so high off the fumes from a season 3+ years ago. Nagy is a clown. Fire them all.

I mean it's not just the coaching if you look at how much teams with good o lines invest in them in salary and draft picks its a joke compared to what the bears have. You get what you paid for.
