I don’t really follow the Sox that much but aren’t they one of the best teams in MLB right now? I know they have a pretty solid roster, but La Russa has to be playing a role.

Yes, both the Sox and Cubs are at the top of their division (last I checked). The Sox are built well but I give all the credit to Rick Hahn (their GM), not to La Russa. The team was clearly on the rise before La Russa was even hired.

That makes sense. I know their GM has built a solid roster but just figured La Russa played a role with their winning record. Yeah Cubs are tied with the Brewers (F*cking Wisconsin) for first right now.
