The trade that makes the most sense is Tua + draft picks for Watson. The Dolphins have two 1st round picks and two 2nd round picks this year. Watson may not veto because the Dolphins have an up and coming defense.

Not only can the Bears not outbid the Dolphins, but it’s probably a more attractive situation for Watson.

I think there's a chance if the Bears are at least a team Watson would go to and are willing to be unbelieveably aggressive and the Texans decide they don't want a QB or Tua

If it comes down to just draft picks, they could tag and trade Robinson for a late 1st/2nd and then offer up as many other future picks as it takes to outbid other teams. Not to mention trade guys like Jaylon/Roquan if they need more ammo.

if Houston is sold on another QB--Fields, Wilson, etc--Pace should trade for Tua from Houston. They could get him at somewhat of a discount. Or just offer the 20th pick straight up and throw a couple of 6th rounders in there. Or if Houston does trade for Watson but doesn't get Tua(for whatever reason), then get Miami on the phone ASAP.

The Jags won't trade for him. They've got Lawrence.
You're probably right, but logically it makes sense and will come down to preference of the new GM. If the Jags think they have a roster that can compete right away, Watson could make sense. He's a proven vet.

I'm glad @Adipost recognized that as a joke acknowledging he is right . well done.

Carolina, Atlanta, Miami all make alot of sense from Watson's perspective.

We can offer Montgomery and the other Ridley to him, and the racist who passed him in the draft.

Personally, I think it'd be a dumb move on the Jags part. Having a QB on his rookie deal not taking up 30% of your salary cap is extremely valuable. You're able to acquire talent much easier when your QB is on a cheap deal.

if we get Watson here is what is going to happen. We trade away the next 2-3 drafts worth of picks. we go thru another headcoach and GM change. Watson complains the whole time about ownership and social justice plus when his contract is up he leaves for a better run franchise. Bring back Foles for another run

Jags/Colts/Pats

All things considered (cap space, draft capital, Watson's no trade clause) are the only teams that have a shot at Watson. Laughing at any Bears fan that thinks they might even get a sniff at Watson's jock Strap.
