QB or Bears are really screwed
what if he ....ahem....cough...cough...trades down for extra picks
Agreed. Although, Myles Garrett is not the worst consolation prize if we pick 4th or 5th.
Week 4 and we are talking about the draft. The Bears suck.

If by some miracle Jesus floats down from the heavens and grants Hoyer a few fluke wins knocking us out of the top 2 then Pace needs to do whatever it takes to get the fuck back in position to get Kizer or Watson.
I'm so sick of the let's just take whoever falls to us or trade down bullshit. No. If your scouting tells you Kizer is going to be a great franchise QB then move the fuck up and get your guy. Stop waiting and hoping for people to fall into your lap. This isn't the time to be settling for left overs. If you're truly serious about rebuilding then you need to do whatever it takes to get the guy you want, period.
The Browns traded down for picks and passed on Carson Wentz.
That might be the biggest fuck up in the history of the draft. Probably set them back 10 years on top of the 100 years they are already set back.
Wentz looks like Andrew Luck, with out the turnovers.
Wentz has a photographic memory and was the valedictorian in High school to go along with his prototypical size, athleticism and arm.
For the love of God Pace, please draft someone like that for our QB...
(In a few years it may be hard to do that since our dumbass participation trophy society wants to move away from academic awards in schools so we don't hurt the feelings of those who didn't try as hard.)
Carson Went'z don't come out of every draft. There are football people out there that had him actually project higher than Luck coming out. He's a rare breed.
