Bulls send Marquis Teague to D-League

The Bulls have assigned guard Marquis Teague to the Iowa Energy of the NBA Development League (D-League).

Teague has played in nine games for the Bulls this season, averaging 1.2 ppg and 0.8 apg in 8.9 mpg.

Teague, 6-2, 190, was selected by the Bulls in the first round (29th overall) of the 2012 NBA Draft, after helping lead the University of Kentucky to the 2012 NCAA Championship.

Something tells me that this is the precursor to our potential trading activity :beerbang: . Hopefully, this is soon followed up with news of Deng & others being shipped out.

Let the dominoes fall !!!!!!!!

EDIT: He's back!!!!!!!!

Well that was fast.

Marquis Teague recalled from DLeague before stint begins because of Mike James' injury, sources say. Tribune story: http://trib.in/18Bwo3P

Just as easily sent down, as he could be called back.

I have a feeling this has more to do with maturity issues than it has to do with Teague's skill.

And in other news. Malcolm Thomas is dominating D-League.

Welp, we had our chance at a cheap and effective injury insurance. Opportunity blown.

No, Pax is fine with jerking off to his own scouting and saving money. This was a missed opportunity by Forman.

PAXgar are 1 person like a 2 headed monster......The puppet dont operate without the control of Paxs hand up his butt.
GAR LIKES A MAN WITH THE SLOW HAND.

No, they aren't. They're very different. You can run with that misconception all day long, but repeating it 100 times over doesn't mean they are the same, think the same, nor have the same philosophy to building a team.

There is a context when GarPax is an accurate assessment of Bulls activity. There is also an inaccurate use.

One immediate contradiction as an example. Would anyone trust Gar to scout the NCAA tournament for a second round pick? Would you trust Paxson to develop relationships with other league GMs? Very different people. Gar would draft a player according to someone else's reports, Pax would have a report of his own. Pax burns bridges with other teams(which hasn't made Gar's life easier).
