It’s going to be tough for him to get a job.
He has had a historically bad offense for almost 2 full seasons. He has had shots with multiple qbs and failed to develop anything resembling a competitive offense. I chose assistant/position coach in the nfl but am not so sure now that I typed this out.

I went with NCAA offensive coordinator. I think he follows in Mel Tucker's footsteps and eventually becomes a NCAA head coach though.

I can't see another NFL team offering him a position any higher than QB coach. He's not getting another HC job right away, and it's hard to see him getting a coordinator position given the offensive struggles he had as the play caller for the Bears. QB coach or some other offensive assistant title seems most likely if he were to stay in the NFL.
If I were him, I would look to college. Mel Tucker sucked ass as a coordinator in the NFL, and then somehow landed a HC job at MSU and is now one of the wealthier HC in the nation. If he can do it, Matt Nagy could do it. He's has the right personality.
