2018 under Fangio: 50 sacks, 27 ints, 36 takeaways, and 6 TD's

2019 and 2020 combined under Pagano: 55 sacks, 17 ints, 31 takeaways, and 2 TD's.

The 2018 team almost out performed two years of defenses in every category...so sad.
As of right now the 2020 Bears defense is no longer top 10 in yards allowed or points allowed.

Shows you that Nagy not being able to develop an even average offense is wearing on the defense. It also shows how poor Pagano is stacked up against Fangio.

Missing on Trubisky/failing to develop Trubisky set this organization back another 5 years at least.

The stat I like is: how many positional coaches get promoted after working for these coaches? Fangio has Staley and Donatell who are now DCs, while all the guys who worked for The offense are out of the NFL.

The thinking of this organization, I swear...you've got a talented DC, who did well in SF too, he wants to be an HC, and you turn him away and hire an arena league guy coming off a few games of pretending to be an offensive coordinatoor in KC.

And Trubisky probably would have been better off playing for a DC minded coach who favored the run and play action.
