Very impressed with Phil... other than the Shea pick his first year I think he's done a great job

He fixed the DL, that's for sure! I am still a bit concerned over safety and LB. That said, it all starts up front and the DL went from awful to talented and deep. Given the talent and depth they are going to be able to show multiple fronts and rotate lineman in and out to keep them fresh. I don't see how any enlightened Bear fan, after watching last year's season, isn't at least somewhat pleased.

It will be interesting to see how much our secondary improves with a revamped front. My guess is quite a bit. The went from decent to completely awful in a single season. Now if they can all learn to tackle, we should be in good shape.

Since Phil has gotten here, he has turned our weaknesses into strengths.
I'm hoping this actually turns us into perreniel 11+ Win seasons.

Our DL looks great right about now, depth included. Safety and LB are the big ?'s now and slot/speed WR.
