Extend contracts of - Cutler, Marshall, Tilman now... Open up cap room.
Resign Urlacher - 2 years cmax cap friendly... Good Leader Unless the team is gonna rebuild the Defence this year
add FA Oline - Get this fixed and you will see the numbers grow... Marshall, Jefferies and Bennett will be tough to handle.
Start rebuilding in the Draft we need Starter/Backups that are younger

It would absolutely be fucking STUPID to get rid of Marinelli! He's the only coached that did anything right. And Whisenhunt is an offensive coach.

IF...Lovie is fired and a offensive minded coach is hired, he would be stupid to fire Rod. Keep a top 5 defense in tact, keep the DC who's running this defense and all you have to worry about is the offense. I wouldn't have a problem with Lovie staying as long as they go out and get a real OC, I just don't believe that will happen as long as Lovie is here.
