I forget the actual baseline numbers, but say they are supposed to be at 20 (whatever the unit of measure is called, mine were at 23 and 24.5.
Yeah that isn't concerning by itself as the air puff is kinda inaccurate. If I see that I would usually check it myself with an applanation tonometer (blue light probe touching eye) which is more accurate. Optic nerve head appearance is more important. Family history is a red flag, so yeah, you are probably a yearly exam guy. That number of 20, actually21, is archaic. It has no actual clinical significance, it is merely 2 standard deviations above what is population average.
