I’m guessing 75% Nagy is fired
50-50 on pace.

I’d like to go higher, but this is the mccheapskates we’re talking about here…

I don’t think Nagy can possibly be retained. Pace should go but he may be given another year. I really don’t know why because he was the one who got the Bears where they are. But as said by many before, I am not sure much changes as long as Teddy and George are in charge.

I can hear the sweaty Teddy press conference now: “Well, they played a really good half against the Packers and gave them the number 1 seed, so we think Matt is the right guy to lead us into the future…”.

Honestly any competent team would have their minds made up. These last 4 games against bad teams wouldn't and shouldn't matter. But unfortunately this is the bears

Nagy is 99.99% gone. That last .01% is simply missing b/c it's the bears. There is 0 benefit to keeping him.

The Pace decision is up in the air, 50/50. Pace's impact appears to be bigger than football and delves into the operations and business side of things.

Shows how traumatic being a Bears fan is that not every single one of you think Nagy is gone. He’s done for sure.

50/50 for Pace I guess but it should be 100% same as Nagy. Can’t blame shitty ingredients and excuse the chef.

Yes, Geroge is rock hard about the training facilities. Weird.

Nagy 100%. No way you can justify keeping him. I could see Pace staying in the organization just as another role.

If rumors are to be believed, Ted moves to a diff role altogether as well.

I would not expect Pace to be fired unless a Head guy of Football Operations is hired. Do not expect Teddy and ownership to try and hire another GM. They will keep Pace before doing that. I'm hoping for Manning or Armstrong or someone else with extensive NFL knowledge to be hired to run the Football side of the team. Then let them handle the GM and HC decisions.

Would be great to get a news conference in next couple weeks and the Bears introduce the new President of Football Operations of the Chicago Bears. Would be a great Xmas gift. Guarantees us that a football guy hires the GM / HC.

No way can they possibly keep Nagy.

I'm either or on Pace so i guess i'm 50-50 as well with him.

A competent coaching staff does better with these teams we've had.

Yes, yes, and yes, start at the top and work your way down. Hire Rick Smith for that role and give him full control.

Nagy is gone 100%.

Jury still out on pace. I think more likely that not that Pace returns but that margin is getting slimmer.

With all the articles and so forth talking about Nagy being gone and the Bears head coaching job being open and possible candidates for that job, etc there is no way in hell Nagy is still here next season. But as and 69 others mentioned, you have to give that .001% chance because this is the Bears.
