He isn't going to try to fit a square peg in a round hole. Looking back at Mitch and Nagy, Nagy continually tried to make Mitch what he wasn't and so he couldn't grow and learn. Keep things simple for Fields so he can learn to process faster and as he does, add more things in.

Poles said everyone will be evaluated including Fields which led to a lot of fear porn about Fields getting traded, but then Fields appeared at the press conference and everyone was happy. Biggs asked about the length of their contracts and Poles and Eberflus declined to answer. No commitment to 3-4 over 4-3, but neither to vice versa, despite what you might hear on here. Poles expressed commitment to building from OL/DL trenches, and said we're going to take the NFC North and never give it back. Also, something about no stupid penalties (which seemed like a farty wink at Nagy).

Also, Poles cried at the beginning for getting his dream job or something

I have a question and please pardon and forgive me if this is a ignorant question because I'm literally "hip" to things more often than not being not old and boomerish but what is this football "fear porn" phrase that I keep on seeing literally be tossed about all of a suddenly lately in the passed few days around this forum all of a sudden and why is this suddenly something people are saying in the reports about new coaches and what have you?
