From what I’m reading he was big in getting the Vikings their new stadium. So the hire makes lots of sense since bears are full speed ahead on a new home.

Yeah that’s his main job these next few years. Poles will be the roster guy at least for the next 4-5 years. Hopefully much longer as that means he’s doing well.
