Tragic details: Dwayne Haskins was walking on I-595 for unknown reasons, the Florida Highway Patrol says. He tried to cross lanes with oncoming traffic and collided with a dump truck.

This is a BIG fucking interstate. Who in their right mind would think it's okay to cross this? Thats like me trying to run across the kennedy.

Well yea, he tried to play real life frogger. Fucked around and found out.

In my entire life I've never seen anyone try to run across an interstate, then again I never lived in florida so....
