I don't disagree. I still think McDaniels is working with way less than other top offenses.

Less? Sure. Way less. Not sure I agree. They are 15 in yards, 6 in points and 9th in offensive DVOA. Not like they are overachieving massively. They are probably slightly above where you would expect them to be given how good their D is in terms of putting them in favorable situations.

Unless you work with these guys you dont really get a sense for how good they are.

There is Xs and Os and then there is the presence and leadership skills. Some guys you just know have the "it" factor.

That is garbage. It is the #1 job out there, especially with Fields as the QB.

Why do you think that? Just because of Fields?
