Greetings & salutations fellow professional football fans!
While waiting for another exciting NFL season, I thought it might be a good time to update this thread. Mostly what I want to do is oversimplify it the best I can so there is no need for further amendments, updates or room for interpretation. Without further ado, I present to you, the humble message board poster, the three rules for posting in this forum:
RULE #1: While it is named after a specific franchise, this forum does serve as a general NFL forum as well. All content about professional football is welcome in this forum, so long as it does not veer the discussion too far away from the direct effects it has on the NFL. In fact, this is the only content that will be allowed. No thread in this forum should be started about anything not directly related to the NFL. There are a wide variety of other forums on this very site that is the proper place for literally anything else. Please use them. Threads can and will be moved/closed/nuked at the discretion of the staff for OT content at any time.
RULE #2: Please do NOT post racist, homophobic, or antisemitic language and/or content; graphic images such as excessive gore or anything that could be considered pornographic; any copyrighted material in it's entirety (brief passages or summaries are welcomed); threats of physical violence or otherwise expressing harm on the life of your fellow posters; profanity in the title of your threads (profanity is acceptable inside the threads); any sort of advertisement for commercial websites not affiliated with Chicitysports.com
If you believe a post to be in violation of any of these terms, please use the "Report Post" feature to alert the staff.
RULE #3: If a member of the staff reaches out to you to tell you to stop doing something specific, stop doing it or face the escalating series of disciplinary actions that will follow.
Easy peasy...right boys & girls & everything in between???
Enjoy using the forum and if you find yourself encountering posters that take away from that enjoyment, the ignore feature is quick, potent and always waiting for you 24/7. Otherwise you are free to privately message the staff member of your choosing for any questions or concerns you may have.
