They're really bad. I don't know if it's the blocking scheme or the players, but the Bears haven't been able to run the ball effectively since Hiestand took over.

Expecting him to be that type of TE has always been the Bears coaches first problem starting with Fox.
Yes, he is big and you want him to be tarzan, but he isn't that guy. He is too long, his levers are long, and he is a converted WR.
Use him as a goddamn zebra and in the red zone and stop asking him to be something he isn't.
