So going back to the packers game, it was obvious Fields scored that touchdown, but the explanation is that you cant see the football even though you can see his arm crossed the plane. You cant assume the ball is in control.

From the view of this pass, you cant actually see that it hits the ground, you can only assume. What's the difference?
