Do you really think professional athletes perform better if a coach stands on the sideline and chews their ass out? Do you think that’s what discipline is or how you instill it? That’s insane!

No absolutely not! It's one of a million things you can do to try and hold your players accountable. But when your team is undisciplined, is consistently losing, and your coach is on the hot seat you do everything possible to turn things around.

You show urgency! You don't settle for complacency all because you are a "professional."
