Baker Mayfield is like the Jay Cutler of the Cleveland Browns. Average QB who looks like a HOF QB compared to what they have had in the past. And no one wants him.
He was pretty bad this year though. Coming into the season your comment makes more more sense. 11-5 with 3,500 yards, 26 to 8 TD/INT ratio and a 95.9 passer rating. He looked like a good QB. He followed that up with 3,000 yards, 17/13 TD/INT and a 83.1 rating (14 games only though).
At this point, I think Mayfield's ceiling is basically Cutler without the arm strength.
