Is there any bodycam footage to back up the cop's allegations? Not saying Pringle didn't do things that were wrong (ie, the "reckless driving with a child" and the suspended license), but cops often embellish what actually happened to add additional charges. And quite honestly, anymore they are the ones to escalate the situation as much as the person they are looking to arrest - like when giving a command, if a person questions it either due to confusion or clarification, they lose their shit and escalate to a big confrontation.
Excuse city.

Reckless driving; suspended license, child in back; ignored commands and became confrontational.
No need for handwringing.

If there was something to the charges against Pringle at this point, I’m sure we’d have heard it since TMZ was all up in it.

All we ever heard was the cops pulled him out of the car. He asked for the county sheriff to take him into custody and he complained about the heat.

Since nothing else has come to light, I’ll file this under unnecessary police drama.

The donuts aren't really a big deal but why do it with your kid in the car?

How old was the kid? I never read the story. I don’t think there is anything wrong with doing donuts with a kid, however, the age of the kid and where you do it play a huge role.

It’s not excuses, it’s reality. Open your eyes and see what’s going on in this country with law enforcement.
Looks lik a lot of nothingburger.

Spend an hour with Byron Pringle and a Pasco County sheriff deputy

Just the highlights

It’s not reality in every situation. Both of you are assuming a lot in your arguments…
I never said it was in every situation. But reality in todays society is you don’t know how cops are going to react to the most simplistic situations. I still support the police but it’s a shame.

Poles "disappointed"

Can you point to where he was confrontational in dash cam footage as you sure made a big deal when a poster suggested cops exaggerate?

Or do you concede that the poster was in fact not making excuses and the cops do appear to have exaggerated?
