I saw a little tape of Schofield at RG from last year and he looked solid working in tandem with the C and RT. Showed patience and technique in pass pro. Has really good length (flexibility to play RT) and athleticism to get out in space as an outside zone blocker. PFF had him graded at a 66 in 2021, so huge improvement over Dozier whose roster spot he's filling.
He's 31 but I like the signing because it allows us to bring along our young OL at their own pace.
He’s here as a shitty replacement to the shitty injured player.
Sorry but he's considerably better than Dozier ever was. Doesn't mean he's elite but he's not a bum either
Justyn Ross’ injury woes continue
Now with the Kansas City Chiefs, Justyn Ross has suffered another setback that will keep him off the field.www.yahoo.com
Who were those posters again that wanted this dude?
He should be better in this system than he was there.
So, an improvement across board from last year's RG.
I am liking it more and more, the more I see it. Still prefer the white on whites, but yeah, I am starting to dig these too.
Said it when the Bears signed him, Pringle is going to surprise a lot of people.
