Now that we are clearly going to the playoffs its time to improve the roster. Roster should be good enough to stay in the 8th spot as is but they dont play as a team.

Atlanta is a game and a half behind us. They have again invested a lot into their PF/C position. Gallo stinks and they arent playing Okongwu much coming off the injury.

Trade them Porter Jr and Carter Jr for Capela and their 2021 first round pick.

Atlanta is either making the playoffs or rebuilding with this trade. Porter Jr if healthy upgrades them at the SF spot and WCJ is probably an upgrade over Gallinari at least this year he is and he wants to play PF anyway not center.

Bulls eat into some of their cap space next year but with AD and Giannis not hitting free agency any way who cares? Capela is an upgrade to our center position. Either Atlanta makes the playoffs or starts their rebuild with Porter Jr clearing money and either we make the playoffs and have two first rounders one in the lotto or dont have have two lotto picks.

Could hurt us for 2020-2021 as it means Valentine plays more minutes and hes nothing but a schucker who thinks hes a lot better than he is.

Then it comes down to White not sucking which hes capable of as hard as I have been on him and deservingly so, Lauri staying healthy and Williams continuing to get better for our 2020-2021 prospects as a playoff team.

If you want to add a rental wing Kelly Oubre could probably be had for a 2nd rounder. Hes expiring and honeslty Golden state is going to be overtaken by Dallas and Memphis and GS aint making the playoffs in 2020-2021.

show me how a missed travel equates to missing a 5 step travel in front of the world. its pretty simple. you are trying to compare a travel not called before the bounce or one too many steps. this is 3 too many steps and in clear vision of everyone.

Bulls really have no interest in paying Markannen what he wants or at all Collins has no interest as of now in staying in Atlanta but he doesnt control it completely. Atlanta wants a lotto pick for Collins which is odd given a crap team isnt giving up a lotto pick for Collins and then paying him the max that he wants which is another problem.

That said do YOU trade Lauri and our 2021 1st for Collins and bank on staying in the 4th-6th position in the standings or do you hold off because the bulls might fall and that pick ends up a lotto pick you gave to Atlanta for a guy who you then have to pay because you gave up the pick for him.

I ask cause no way in hell is Collins a 30m a year player. If thats what hes after and he gets it, its another Otto Porter situation without the numerous injuries so far.
