My favorite teams
You guys think he will be available this offseason?
He'll probably be down in the SEWER DUMMY.

Tell me more about how good of a job your boy friend has done. He'll probably be down in the SEWER DUMMY.
Bridgewater game managed a lot of those wins. Threw under 200 in 3 of them. Involved in 3 low scoring games. He had a good game against us and the bucs (everyone torches them) and didn't throw many picks. Think he's solid but not sure he has prolific passer upside. Also in the past with MIN he wasn't really efficient at all so you worry that this creeps up again.
Minshew had No experience. No training camp reps. Not as good of a team but I think Chark is underrated and Fournette has been good this year. Still, he comes in and averages 253 passing yards a game with 13TD and 4 picks, showing he can already throw a football better than most rookies and a lot of vets. He had 1 of 9 games where he threw for under 200 in the low scoring Saints game and had a clunker last week against Houston, but otherwise 7 really good games.
Guys that can put up yards like that as a rookie and not throw picks are actually fairly rare. He only had a 1.3% INT rate which is crazy low considering his yardage. This translates extremely well to future production. Low ints alone is not that important. But low INT rate when you throw for over 250 a game is really tough to do.
Both guys played limited amounts so both were a gamble. Minshew has more upside.

How many times do these new and inexperienced hot shot QBs have to flame out until fans stop crowning them? It happens time after time again and once these QBs start to settle in they eventually fail expectations.
It's not that surprising you'll find a QB playing well in their first few games. They play off adrenaline, have optimistic rather than critical fanbases, and have little gane tape. But after time they get exposed, succumb to the pressure, fail to adjust when the book is out on them or just get beat up and injured.
That's why I'm a proponent of giving a guy a few years...its about finding longterm, consistent success over a period of time.
Hence, this is why it doesnt make sense to pay a guy like Teddy, Minshew, Kyle Allen, Brisett, Etc..their success is very small in the large scope of things.
Explanation?
