Was talking this over just now with someone. Is there a single player that Pace has drafted on offense that you wouldn't swap right now for the draft pick used on them in the upcoming draft?
Here's the list, players in brackets no longer on the team...
Mitchell Trubisky - 2
(Kevin White - 7)
James Daniels - 39
Cole Kmet - 43
Adam Shaheen - 45
Anthony Miller - 51
Cody Whitehair - 56
(Hroniss Grasu - 71)
David Montgomery - 87
(Jeremy Langford - 106)
Tarik Cohen - 119
Riley Ridley - 126
Jordan Morgan - 147
(Jordan Howard - 150)
Darnell Mooney - 173
(Tayo Fabuluje - 183)
(Kerrith Whyte - 222)
Javon Wims - 224
Arlington Hambright - 226
Lachavious Simmons - 227

Out of that whole list, I'm 100% taking Mooney, probably taking Kmet and I could be persuaded on Cohen. Out of those no longer here, only one we got value from is Howard.
I know that hindsight is a wonderful thing and everything but I just don't know how you can do this exercise honestly, know that the biggest holes are ALL on offense and think Pace is the right guy to make the picks in the 2021 draft and beyond.
