"It's hard being a Packer fan"

They have no fucking clue. Spoiled fucks.
I feel like 30 consecutive years of Hall of Fame caliber quarterback play and only 2 superbowls to show for it would be extremely frustrating as a fan. They have to know they had a huge window to win a LOT of championships, and that window is about to close.

2 Superbowls is more than a lot of teams have in their entire history.

But 30 consecutive years of Hall of Fame caliber quarterback play is unprecedented in NFL history.

The only thing that comes close is the 49ers in the 80s and 90s with Joe Montana and Steve Young, and they won 5 Super Bowls in those 2 decades.

Agreed. I have a lot of packer fan friends and I know the heartbreak they go through every year and a few of them know the "lightning in a bottle" they caught with back to back HOF QBs and have almost nothing to show for it. For others, I'm pretty sure they are bandwagon fans but simply have never experienced a few low seasons for the Packers in their lifetimes and I expect when the odds return to normal, they will stop being Packer fans. Sustained success definitely makes the fan base annoying which makes times like this really hard not to enjoy the tears and frustrations but I can't imagine how frustrated I'd be if the Bears had a massive window and continued to trip on the threshold as they try to step into becoming a dynasty.

Great post.

And to think that Rodgers very well may end his career with as many titles as Matt Stafford. LOL.
