If they move Pace up and hire the coach before the new GM, I will shit a brick. I really want to see a new GM on the podium tomorrow. Not that concerned if Pace is also there if we have a fresh GM and he gets final say on his coach.

Yeah same here. It sad that as bears fan the only team we can root for in the playoffs is who ever faces the packers.
